Can I just say that this whole college stuff sucks? I knew it was going to be hard, but this is not cool. Parsons gave me $19,600 in scholarships for my first year - after that it's dependent on my performance. I really want to go. I am going to visit this weekend and I know that I am going to love it, which sucks. That price is just insane!

I mean, I knew I wasn't getting into Pratt, but not getting in leaves me at a dead end. I have no good option. I have a good school for tons of money or an eh school for a cheaper price. Parsons' reputation is just so good that I would be crazy to not go, but I'd be crazy to pay that much!!!

I still check the mail looking for a letter from Pratt. It's so disappointing. I wasn't good enough and that stings.
